Mascarpone Cream
Mascarpone Cream
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup + 2 Tbs sugar
2 tsp dark rum (I used Bacardi Select)
Whip it all together on high with a mixer until the meadium peak stage.
